Surf Crest Village #12 is a beach house in a private oceanfront community in the heart of St Augustine Beach.  This beach themed 2-story home has a large upper deck and lower porch, and just steps from the beach walkway.  The house is comfortable and nicely furnished, with 2 living rooms (equipped with leather sofas and recliner chairs), 4 bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and 2 full bathrooms (1 walk-in shower, 1 tub). Cable and wireless internet are included. The first floor has a living room, bath, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a bedroom with 1 king bed. Upstairs is the 2nd living room, kitchen, and dining area, bath, and a bedroom with 1 king bed and a bedroom with 1 Queen bed. Two #12 labeled parking spaces are provided. Surf Crest Village has a secure community pool, gated walkway to the ocean, and a gazebo. The house is great for vacationers who enjoy the privacy of a beach house rental with community amenities.
