Welcome to this newly remodeled ocean view condo. Steps from the beach, it's part of St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort with 2 pools on site, 5 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce ball court, and shuffleboard. The condo is located on the second floor of a three story building with an elevator and can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests. It has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a king size bed. The second bedroom has one trundle bed and one twin size bed. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. All rooms are equipped with flat screen TV’s. The condo provides Wi-Fi, cable TV with DVR, and a landline phone. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertop, stainless steel appliances and all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The ocean view balcony offers great views and is the perfect spot to start the day with a cup of coffee or finish it with a cocktail or glass of wine. Please stop by the on-site office to purchase parking pass, which are $25 per pass. Parking passes are also available to purchase ahead of time. If you do not purchase 2 days prior to arrival, you will incur a fee.
